My journey began as a young entrepreneur in Atlanta GA fixing kids computers in college. It was during that time that I learned that if I wanted to become a great entrepreneur, I would have to work and develop myself.

So I became a forever student of business and personal development. Making it my mission to learn everything I needed start, grow, and scale. The journey wasn’t easy and I wore a lot of hats and worked tirelessly many of nights but the more I learned and practiced, the better I became.

Now, I dedicate my time to helping other women succeed in entrepreneurship through my teachings. Allowing them to leverage my knowledge, and expertise to grow. I ask the hard questions to get you to think and teach you how to take not only your business, but your life to the next level.

Altimese Nichole is a best-selling author, speaker, brand strategist, and publicist with a heart for helping clients win as the Founder of The Ezer Agency. She attained her undergraduate degree in Mass Communications, Broadcast Journalism from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed her Master of Management degree from the University of Phoenix. She has over 12 years of experience with public relations and marketing with companies small and large, including CNN, Cartoon Network, Black Bride Magazine, Church’s Chicken, Sutter Home Wines, and more.

The EZER AGENCY is the beautiful birth and manifestation of pain transformed into purpose. After a difficult season in her life, she discovered the meaning of EZER K’Negdo and made it her mission to live her truth boldly while inspiring all women to do the same. In 2020, The Ezer Agency launched The Ezer Agency Scholarship in partnership with Girls for a Change, located in Richmond, Virginia. The Scholarship is available to students enrolled in their Girl Ambassador Program and provides financial support for university and certification programs upon high school graduation.
